About Us

Micro HR is powered by HRCP, a leading provider of human resource study materials. We have been educating HR professionals for more than 25 years. Our objective is to help develop competent HR leaders and to elevate the HR profession by providing affordable, up-to-date, and comprehensive HR content.

Micro HR’s courses are written by David J. Cherrington (DBA, SPHR) and Laura Z. Middleton (SPHR, SPHRi). Dr. Cherrington, a retired university professor, served on the HR Certification Institute Board of Directors and is the author of four textbooks. Laura Middleton has a master’s degree in organizational behavior and has worked as a researcher and consultant. She is an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where she teaches human resource management.
