Each Micro HR course allows you to learn on demand at your own pace and on any web-enabled device. You can start, stop, and pick up where you left off at your convenience. For each Micro HR course completed, you will receive a micro-credential. Completing designated courses allows you to earn digital badges that confirm your mastery of information in focused areas of HR expertise.
Representing your skills as a digital badge means you can share them online in a way that is simple, trusted, and easily verifiable in real time. Badges provide employers and peers evidence of your time spent building your knowledge and skills. You can share your badges on social media platforms, embed them in your email signature, share the links, or download them.
Most Micro HR credentials and badges count toward recertification through both HRCI and SHRM. Micro-credentials and digital badges will re-energize your resume, allowing you to build your credibility and build your career.
We have partnered with Credly’s digital badging platform. The technology Credly uses is based on the Open Badge Standards maintained by IMS Global. This enables you to manage, share, and verify your competencies digitally. Credly also offers labor market insights based on your specific skills. You can use your credentials and badges to search and apply for job opportunities right through the Credly platform.
